This information (server logfiles) contains, for example, the type of the web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of the Internet Service Provider and similar. This only includes information that does not permit any conclusions as to your person. This information is technically necessary in order to deliver the contents of websites requested by you correctly, and arise mandatorily when using the internet. Anonymous information of this kind is statistically evaluated by us in order to optimise our online offer and the technology behind it.
Like many other websites, we use “cookies”. Cookies are small text files that are transferred to your hard disc by a website server. This automatically gives us certain data, such as your IP address, the browser you use, the operating system on your computer and your connection to the internet.
Cookies cannot be used to start programs or transfer viruses to a computer. The information in the cookies enables us to make navigation easier and display our websites correctly.
In no case will the data we record be passed on to any third parties or linked to personal data without your consent.
Registration on our website
When registering for use of our personalised performance, some personal data will be collected, such as name, address, contact and communication data, such as phone number and email address. If you are registered with us, you can access contents and services that we offer only to registered users. Of course, we will provide you information on the personal data we have stored concerning you at any time. We will gladly rectify or erase them on your request as well if no legal retention obligations prevent this. Please use the contact details attached to this data protection statement to contact us in this context.
In order to protect the safety of your data during transmission, we use encryption procedures according to the current state of the art (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.
If you contact us by email or contact form, the information provided by you will be stored for the purpose of processing your query and for possible subsequent questions. Erasure or blocking of the data
We comply with the principles of data avoidance and data economy. Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (hereinafter: Google). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, i.e. text files that are stored on your computer and that permit analysis of your use of the website. The information produced by the cookie regarding your use of this website is usually transferred to a server of Google in the USA and saved there. Due to activation of IP anonymisation on these websites, your IP address will be abbreviated first by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the convention on the European Economic area. Only in exceptions will your full IP address be transferred to a server of Google in the USA and abbreviated there. On the order of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, in order to compile reports on the website activities and to render further services connected to website use and internet use towards the website operator. The IP address submitted by your browser in the scope of Google Analytics will not be combined with any other Data of Google.
You may prevent saving of the cookies by making the corresponding settings in your browser software; however, note that you may be unable to fully use all functions of the website in such a case. You may furthermore prevent recording of the data generated by the cookie and referring to your use of the website (incl. your internet protocol address) and processing of these personal data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: Browser-add-on to deactivate Google Analytics. Additionally or as an alternative to the browser add-on, you can deactivate tracking by Google Analytics on our pages by clicking this link. It installs an opt-out cookie on your device. This prevents recording by Google Analytics for this website and this browser in future, for as long as the cookie remains installed in your browser.
Use of script libraries (Google Webfonts)
In order to correctly present our contents in a graphically appealing manner across browsers, we use scrip libraries such as Google Webfonts on this website (https://www.google.com/webfonts/). Google Webfonts are transferred to your browser’s cache to avoid multiple loading processes. If the browser does not support Google Webfonts or prevents access, contents are displayed in a standard font.
Calling up of script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible – but currently also unclear if and if so for what purposes – that operators of the corresponding libraries collect data.
The data privacy directive of the library operator Google can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
Use of Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps API, in order to visually display geographic information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data on use of the map functions by visitors. For more detailed information on data processing by Google, see the Google data privacy notes. There, you can also change your personal data protection settings in the data protection centre.
Detailed instructions on managing your own Data in connection with Google products can be found here.
Embedded YouTube videos
We embed YouTube videos in some of our websites. The operator of the corresponding plug-ins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to servers of YouTube is established. YouTube will be informed of which pages you visit. If you are logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube can assign your surfing behaviour to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account first.
If you deactivate storage of cookies for the Google-Ad program, you do not have to expect any such cookies when watching YouTube videos either. However, YouTube also stores non-personal user data in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in the browser.
Further information on data protection at “YouTube” can be found in the provider’s data protection statement at:
Your rights to information, rectification, blocking, erasure and objection
You have the right to receive information on your personal data saved by us at any time. You also have the right to rectification, blocking or, except for the required data storage for business processing, erasure of your personal data. Please contact the person responsible as indicated at the top of the page. You can find the contact data at the very top.
To consider a Data block at any time, the Data must be provided in a blocked file for control purposes. You can also demand deletion of the Data as far as there are no statutory archiving obligations. If there is any such obligation, we will block your data upon request.
You can make changes or revoke your consent effective for the future by notifying us accordingly.
Changes to our data protection statement
We reserve the right to occasionally adjust this data protection statement so that it always corresponds to the current legal requirements or in order to implement changes to our services in the data protection statement, e.g. by introducing new services. The new data protection statement shall then apply to your new visit.
